Winter Came Today...EARLY!!

It has been rain/snowing here non stop since Friday night, but it turned to snow late Saturday. Good grief..there was at least 8" of snow on my car this morning...and it was still snowing by dinner.

My kitties trying to figure out how to catch some of those snowflakes, from inside their warm, cozy house. (They are indoor kitties who sometimes try to get outside!

Looking down the street!

    Hi there
Oh my goodness. YOu are in cottage country?? Whereabouts are you? I am in Ontario also and your place looks like mine if you had a look at my pics from yesterday they were of Sunday when I was heading off to my mom's place in Barrie.
    Where abouts are you?

Your kitties are so sweet. I love how they sit there looking outdoors. They should be every happy to be indoors thats for sure.

Well lets hope some of the snow stops...and it just stays lookign pretty if it must.

Hope you are having a great day...and come back and visit.

  2. Thanks Judi :) I am northwest of Barrie on Georgian Bay, near Penetang. Yup, lots of the white fluffy stuff here. Today with the sun out, it was so pretty and it looks like it is here for a while anyway. Glad I have some of my Christmas lights up.

I will be back to check out your blog for sure! the kitties are all snoozing today :)

  4. Hi Debbie...oh oh *inserts twilight zones music*

I 'met' Deb from "what's at the cottage" tonight and then found your beautiful blog. Wow, both of you have such talent to share. there are so many fabulous ideas. WOW I am just a simple yakkety yak type blogger :)

It's the 'cottage country' phenomena (sp?)here in Ontario. It's a "everyone heads to cottage country for the weekend", or "the traffic/weather/entertainment up in cottage country..." We ALL want to settle here at the cottage :)

Anyway thanks for stopping by and I will definitely be following your blog.

  5. Hi Deb...Wow! Are we triplets separated at birth? lol I wanted to tell you how much I love your photos. I can't believe you've already had such a big snow! The pic of the kitties looking out the window is so cute. One of mine loves to watch the leaves blow by. I've got both of you on my list to follow. This will be interesting! Debbie
